Responsabilidades

• Assesses operational talent profiles based on required skills, experience, and qualifications for assignments.
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to operational talent.
• Determines training programs by identifying relevant learning sessions based on skill gaps.
• Analyzes KPIs related to talent engagement, productivity, and cost savings for workforce planning.
• Supports redeployment of talent by aligning with short/long term opportunities.
• Supports talent with tools for career mobility based on skills and experience.
• Develops a robust pool of talents through networking.
