BUZZ is a fast-growing power bank rental network seeking a People/HR lead to own recruitment and build modern HR infrastructure. You will manage the talent lifecycle, streamline workflows, and develop an authentic employer brand to attract top talent in a scaling startup.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment across regions, enhance onboarding, and design EVP to convert passive candidates into applicants. A fast-paced, international environment awaits.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience blending talent acquisition with foundational HR Generalist or People Operations responsibilities.
• Startup agility in hiring for fast-paced commercial, sales, or operational roles.
• Process-oriented mindset with ability to streamline chaotic processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for commercial, operational, and field roles across regions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, niche networks, and direct outreach.
• Own onboarding and integration processes to ensure quick cultural fit.
• Design and execute employer branding initiatives to attract inbound talent.
