BrainRocket is a global tech powerhouse seeking an experienced executive recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for C-level and senior corporate roles worldwide, partnering with leadership to drive growth. This onsite Valencia role offers relocation support and a competitive base salary with a performance bonus.

You will manage stakeholder expectations, conduct rigorous assessments, and negotiate offers to secure top talent for BrainRocket's international expansion.

Formación

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in high-level executive recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Proven track record in closing senior and executive-level positions across multiple business functions.
• Resilience: ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, capacity to manage 5+ open C-level roles simultaneously.
• Expert proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS.
• Native-level English; professional proficiency in Spanish or French is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Requirements:

• Experience:5+yearsofdedicatedexperienceinhigh-levelexecutiverecruitment(eitherAgencyorIn-house).
• TrackRecord:Provensuccessinsuccessfullyclosingseniorandexecutive-levelpositionsacrossmultiplebusinessfunctions.
• Resilience:Abilitytodeliverhigh-qualityresultsinafast-pacedenvironment,withademonstratedcapacitytomanage5+openC-levelrolessimultaneously.
