Fragrance Science is seeking an HR Generalist to drive payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives. You will collaborate across HR to enhance employee experience and HR process efficiency.

The ideal candidate has ≥5 years in HR, strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, training, and tools such as Power BI, Factorial, LinkedIn, and InfoJobs. English proficiency is required, and a degree in a related field is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience with payroll, benefits, recruitment, training and employee relations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
• Experience with HR tools such as Factorial and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and InfoJobs
• Knowledge of FUNDAE and training management
• English level: B2–C1

Responsabilidades

• HR Operations & Payroll: manage attendance, absences, holidays, leave and contractual changes; coordinate monthly payroll reviews; manage benefits; prepare salary reports.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment; coordinate onboarding with IT and safety.
• Learning & Development: identify training needs; coordinate annual training plan; monitor training implementations.
• Performance & HR Development: coordinate performance management; develop/update job descriptions; support HR digitalisation projects.
• Employee Experience & Internal Communication: manage internal HR communications; develop internal policies; participate in Equality Plan; prepare employee documentation.
