Job summary

MET Group seeks an experienced Human Resources Specialist to support payroll coordination, personnel administration, and employee relations within our international organization. You will liaise with external payroll advisors and the corporate HR team, reporting to the Finance & Human Resources Director.

The role is highly operational, with strong autonomy in HR administration and cross-border collaboration across groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR Administration, Payroll, Personnel Administration, or Employee Relations roles.
• Strong practical knowledge of payroll processes, employment legislation, social security administration, and labor regulations.
• Experience working with external payroll providers, labor consultants, or HR service providers.
• Previous international/multinational experience is advantageous.
• Experience using HRIS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Personnel Administration: review payroll data, coordinate with external payroll provider, prepare and review contracts and amendments, manage registrations and terminations, onboarding/offboarding, resignations, severances, and maintain HR records.
• Employee Relations & Labor Compliance: be the primary contact for payroll, contracts, benefits, leave entitlements, and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies; manage leave processes.
• Reporting & HR Operations: prepare HR reports, support HR processes, assist with audits and compliance.
• International HR Coordination: act as local HR contact for international corporate HR team, implement policies locally, provide regular HR information to the international group, participate in meetings.
