Job summary

Eurofragance is seeking an experienced HRBP to partner with the Factory and Operations teams in Spain. You will drive people initiatives, support leaders, and ensure effective employee relations within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will combine labor-law expertise with practical negotiation and hands-on execution to support growth, organizational change and workforce challenges while maintaining a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law, HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.
Postgraduate Labor Law studies are a plus.
Minimum 5 years in HRBP/HR Generalist/Employee Relations in factory/industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the on-site People & Culture partner for Factory and Operations teams.
Manage KPIs: turnover, absenteeism, headcount, overtime, recruitment, retention, and more.
Coordinate lifecycle processes: onboarding, promotions, changes, offboarding.
Advise managers on labor relations, attendance, performance, disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law and applicable agreements.
Lead change management and workforce reorganizations with implementation plans.
Coach managers in people management and policy application.
Support workforce planning, recruitment, talent reviews and salary processes.
Coordinate with Payroll, Talent, Health & Safety, Legal and external providers.
Demonstrate strong negotiation, adaptability and confidentiality in a fast-changing environment.
