Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an HR Generalist in Madrid to support the employee lifecycle and HR operations across the business. The role requires coordination with payroll, onboarding, contracts, and employee records, while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Strong HR generalist background, 4–6 years of international experience, and fluency in Spanish and English are essential. The position offers a permanent contract and opportunities for training and professional development.

Formación

• University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of HR experience within an international environment.
• Experience in high-volume and fast-growing environments is highly valued.
• Fluent Spanish and English (minimum C1 level in both languages).

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR operations, including onboarding, employment contracts, employee records, Social Security registrations, and coordination with payroll providers.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
• Partner with external benefits providers and support ongoing benefits initiatives and projects.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies.
• Support recruitment and selection processes when required.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to support business growth and employee engagement initiatives.

What are we looking for?
