Denodo Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HR Analytics Trainee in Spain to join our People team. You will learn to support HR decision-making through data, develop dashboards, and analyze workforce metrics.

The role targets students in the final years of a BS or higher degree or recent graduates in HR, Business, Psychology, Economics, or related fields, with interest in People Analytics and data-driven decision-making. Strong Excel, English and Spanish skills are required.

Formación

• Student in final years or recent graduate in HR, BA, psychology, economics, statistics, data analytics, CS, engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR decision-making through data, reporting, and analytics.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and visualize People data for workforce insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations on headcount, turnover, recruitment, retention, and engagement.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the People team to translate reporting needs into data analyses and visuals.
• Learn data quality processes and contribute to trend identification for better decisions.
