Verisure is seeking a talented HR Ops Trainee to join its international Group team in Madrid. The role offers development opportunities, exposure to global HR projects, and interaction with Group HR functions.

Candidates should be final-year master's students or graduates with strong analytical skills and English proficiency; Spanish is a plus and EU work authorization is required for internships. The role reports to the Group HR Business Partner and focuses on supporting HR processes, HR

• Masters students in an analytical discipline with strong academics.
• MBA or HR/business internship is a strong asset.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) required.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR processes including performance management, development plans, and compensation reviews.
• Run reports and maintain data quality in Workday; manage org structures and ad-hoc employee requests.
• Enhance employee experience by reviewing survey results and designing action plans.
• Assist with recruitment: create job postings, monitor openings, support onboarding.
• Provide daily HR-related support and respond to employee questions.
