PLD Space, headquartered in Elche, Spain, is seeking a People Analytics Technician to manage, clean, and analyze employee data for strategic organizational decisions. You will use HR systems, IT systems, and external sources to deliver actionable insights and improve reporting processes.

Strong Excel and Power BI skills, experience with HRIS systems, and fluency in English and Spanish are essential. This role focuses on data quality, dashboards, and collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Formación

• Degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or HR data administration.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and identify errors, trends, and patterns.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Professional level of English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various HR sources.
• Maintain and update People Analytics databases, dashboards, and reports.
• Identify inconsistencies and ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data.
• Prepare regular reports on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, engagement, performance, and other HR KPIs.
• Transform data into clear and actionable insights for HR teams, managers, and business leaders.
• Support the development and automation of reports, dashboards, and analytical processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and reporting requirements.
• Provide support in People Analytics and HR Data projects.
• Ensure proper, secure, and confidential handling of employee information per policies and regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of people data reporting and analytics processes.
