Oesía Group is seeking an analytical, organized HR analytics support candidate to join our team in Madrid. You will assist with workforce planning activities, onboarding processes, and reporting that informs decision-making across departments.

We welcome individuals pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or Labour Relations. Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn Power BI will help you succeed in this role.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of databases and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage information in a structured manner.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning and monitoring of internal resources.
• Update and maintain employee and project databases.
• Track new hires, internal movements, and project assignments.
• Prepare and update HR reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with managers and different departments to identify workforce needs.
• Assist in the management and classification of professional profiles and organizational categories.
• Analyze data to support the optimization of workforce planning and talent management processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Human Resources function.
