In this role you will operate as an HR Business Partner for Iberia (Spain and Portugal), working in close partnership with the Head of HR, Iberia, to shape and deliver a strategic people agenda supporting regional and Global business objectives and growth priorities. The role focuses on translating global strategy into pragmatic, executable people solutions within a complex, matrixed environment on a regional and local level.
