Job summary

Polène Paris is seeking an HRBP – Employee & Labour Relations in Spain to strengthen employee relations and support managers across production and logistics sites. The role blends case management, disciplinary procedures, and labour law compliance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will advise managers on performance, conduct, absenteeism, and ensure consistent application of HR policies while collaborating with external counsel and employee representatives.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in employee and labour relations.
• Experience in industrial environments is highly valued.
• Professional level of English is required for an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and disciplinary procedures, including investigations and case management while ensuring confidentiality and policy compliance.
• Support labour relations and legal matters, coordinating conciliation and relations with employee representatives and external counsel.
• Advise managers on performance, conduct, absenteeism and employee relations, ensuring consistent HR policy application.
• Ensure labour law compliance and health & safety within Spanish legislation and collective agreements.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, track KPIs, support audits and manage risks.
