Job summary

Eurofragance SLU in Catalonia, Spain is seeking an HR Business Partner for our Factory and Operations teams. You will drive people initiatives, support leaders, and ensure employee relations in a busy manufacturing environment.

You will handle recruitment support, onboarding, promotions, disciplinary matters, and ensure compliance with Spanish labor law and the applicable collective bargaining agreement. You will coordinate with payroll, health and safety, and external advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years in HRBP/HR Generalist or Employee Relations in factory/industrial setting.
• Strong MS 365 skills; experience with HRIS, time/attendance, payroll inputs and dashboards.
• Professional proficiency in English, bilingual Spanish and high Catalan.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site People & Culture partner for Factory and Operations teams.
• Manage KPIs: turnover, absenteeism, headcount, overtime, recruitment and retention.
• Oversee recruitment support, onboarding, promotions, and offboarding.
• Advise on labor relations, attendance, discipline, grievances, and working time.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law and collective agreements.
• Coordinate with payroll, HR, safety, legal and external advisers.
• Lead change initiatives: shift changes, staffing models, role changes, and reorganizations.
• Coach managers in people management and policy application.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, development actions and salary reviews.
