You will stand out in this role if:
  • You hold a degree in Law, Labour Relations, Human Resources or a related field, and have 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in employee relations, labour relations, employment law or HR business partnering. Experience in an industrial environment or a large workforce organisation will be highly valued.
  • You have a strong knowledge of Spanish employment law, including disciplinary procedures, collective bargaining agreements, individual and collective labour relations, and conflict management. You are familiar with conciliation proceedings and the coordination of labour disputes with external legal counsel.
