Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. You will manage bedroom bookings, ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination, and focus on guest satisfaction to drive repeat stays.

You will adhere to sales policies, maximize revenue, and support sales operations with administrative tasks. Based at Mallorca, you will work closely with Reservations, F&B, and Front Office, upsell services, prepare VIP arrivals, and participate in BEO

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
• Certification or training in Sales & Marketing or Hotel Management is highly valued.
• One-year previous experience in a sales coordination or hotel operations role.
• Experience with group bookings, reservations, and managing client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Receive handover from Sales Department once booking is confirmed to coordinate group program with relevant hotel departments.
• Coordinate booking requirements while in-house and upsell additional services to ensure MOHG service levels.
• Ensure all necessary information is obtained prior to guest arrival.
• Enter rooming lists and monitor group reservations made via online booking codes.
• Work closely with Reservations for direct call-in bookings.
• Book outside sources requested by clients, within reason.
• Liaise with F&B and Reservations to ensure smooth coordination.
• Prepare VIP Booking arrival and Group Resume, forwarding to departments at least one week prior.
• Review group arrival and accommodation details with Front Office and operations 72 hours before arrival.
• Meet and assist clients, travel agencies, and other partners.
• Attend BEO meetings, presenting confirmed groups and revised BEOs.
• Maintain an up-to-date filing system for booking enquiries and releases space when needed.
• Handle site inspections, fam-trips, and client meetings with the Sales Team.
• Help quote and convert group and individual bookings as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel rates, room types, and competition.
• Maximize upselling opportunities for room rates and additional services.
