Hospitality Tech Group combina Zenchef y CoverManager para impulsar tecnología en hospitalidad. Buscamos un/a especialista en operaciones y gestión de programas para apoyar iniciativas estratégicas, coordinar proyectos y mejorar procesos.

Se requiere 2–6 años de experiencia, habilidades de gestión, comunicación y fluidez en español e inglés. Puesto orientado a trabajo en equipo internacional y ambiente dinámico.

Formación

• 2–6 años de experiencia profesional en operaciones, consultoría, gestión de programas o similar.
• Habilidades organizacionales y de gestión de proyectos.
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades y cumplir compromisos.
• Pensamiento estructurado y analítico.
• Buena comunicación y coordinación.
• Mentalidad proactiva y sentido de propiedad.
• Trabajo con datos y seguimiento de progreso.
• Trabajo autónomo con colaboración entre equipos.
• Dominio del español e inglés a nivel empresarial.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar la ejecución de iniciativas estratégicas.
• Coordinar proyectos entre funciones.
• Apoyar onboarding, migración, enablement y equipos comerciales.
• Mantener visibilidad de prioridades, plazos y progreso.
• Rastrear acciones, riesgos y dependencias.
• Contribuir al ritmo operativo y a actualizaciones ejecutivas.
• Asegurar alineación y comunicación entre equipos y partes interesadas.
• Identificar cuellos de botella y apoyar la resolución de problemas.
• Mejorar procesos y formas de trabajar continuamente.

• Support execution of strategic initiatives across the Hospitality organization

• Coordinate cross-functional projects across

• Support Onboarding, Migration, Enablement, and Commercial teams

• Help maintain visibility on priorities, timelines, and progress

• Track actions, risks, and dependencies across initiatives

• Support the operating rhythm of the organization, including:

  • Weekly leadership meetings Initiative and project tracking

  • OKR and performance follow-up Preparation of executive updates

  • Help ensure alignment and communication across teams and stakeholders

  • Identify potential bottlenecks and support problem-solving

• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working

Requisitos del trabajo

• 2–6 years of professional experience in operations, consulting, program management, or a similar role

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments

• Comfortable working with data and tracking progress

• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams

• Fluency in Spanish & Business Level English

Nice to Have:

• Experience in SaaS, technology, hospitality, or operations

• Experience supporting projects or transformation initiatives

• Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, or performance tracking

• Experience working in an international or cross-functional environment

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
