The Social Hub in Barcelona seeks an enthusiastic intern to join our mixed hospitality team. You will work closely with staff to train, guide and empower colleagues, while handling guest and colleague inquiries and complaints.

You will help implement SOPs and support the GM on various projects in a dynamic, international setting. As an intern you must be enrolled in university, ideally in hotel or tourism management, with a hands-on, flexible attitude.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in university.
• Bachelor student preferred in hotel or tourism management.
• Flexible, hands-on, positive approach.
• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages welcome.
• Authorized to work in the EU.

Responsabilidades

• Daily manage, train, coach, and empower employees and partners.
• Handle, report, and transfer questions and complaints from guests and colleagues.
• Introduce and evolve standard operating procedures.
• Support GM and management on projects.
• Build relationships with universities, companies and community partners.
