The Social Hub in Barcelona invites applications for the Rooms Operations Management Trainee Programme (8–12 months). You will rotate between Front Office and Housekeeping, gaining hands-on operational experience and exposure to day-to-day hotel leadership.

Formación

• Currently studying Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related degree.
• In your 3rd year of studies or above.
• Available for a minimum of 8 months (12 months preferred).
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a must.
• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the guest journey.
• Learn the daily operation of a busy Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures and room allocations; support upselling initiatives.
• Participate in management meetings and operational scheduling.
• Analyse operational KPIs and guest satisfaction; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
