EMERALD STAY® in Barcelona is looking for a proactive intern to join our Centralized Operations Team for a 6-month adventure starting in September 2026. You will manage guest communications, oversee reservations, and arrange extra services, all while working in a supportive and flexible environment.

The internship offers a monthly stipend of €750, a bonus, 6 days of paid vacation, and the chance to be part of our growth in the vacation rental industry. Language proficiency in English and French is essential.

Formación

• Available for a 6-month internship starting in September 2026.
• Willing to work flexible hours and weekends.
• At least 6 months of experience in a work environment, preferably in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage communication with guests via phone, chat, or email.
• Control reservations in the Property Management System.
• Arrange extra services for guests, like airport transfers.

Enrollment in studies of hospitality or business administration
