The Social Hub in Barcelona is offering a Rooms Operations Management Trainee Programme (8-12 months). You will rotate between Front Office and Housekeeping, gaining hands-on ops exposure and preparing for leadership roles in hospitality.

Ideal candidates are in their 3rd year or above of Hospitality Management or related studies, fluent in English with Spanish proficiency, and available for a minimum of 8 months (12 preferred). An internship stipend is provided.

Formación

• Enrolled in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related degree.
• In your 3rd year of studies or above.
• Available for a minimum of 8 months (12 months preferred).
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate across Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
• Assist with guest arrivals, departures and room allocations.
• Support upselling initiatives and revenue opportunities.
• Participate in management meetings and scheduling.
• Analyze operational KPIs and guest satisfaction.
