The Social Hub is offering an internship in hospitality where you will learn by doing, collaborating with local management to ensure smooth hotel operations. You’ll lead, coach, and train the hotel team while building relationships with universities, partners, guests, and staff.

You must be enrolled in a university, ideally studying hotel or tourism management, with some hospitality or leadership experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a positive, flexible approach.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in a university.
• Preferably studying hotel- or tourism management with hospitality experience or team leading experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages welcome.
• Flexible, hands-on, positive approach.
• Legally allowed to work where the internship is offered.

Responsabilidades

• Daily manage, train, and coach hotel staff and partners.
• Handle questions, remarks, and guest/colleague complaints.
• Introduce and evolve standard operating procedures.
• Support general manager and management on projects.
• Build and maintain internal and external networks with guests, universities, companies, and partners.
• Create a fun, energetic atmosphere and spread positive vibes.
• Maintain hotel security and assist in arrival/departure processes for students.
