Barceló Hotel Group invites you to join the Hotel Management Internship Program. This Assistant Hotel Manager in Training Internship offers hands-on experience across all hotel departments under the guidance of senior leadership.

You will participate in a 4–6 month internship with shared accommodation, full board, and monthly financial support, plus potential progression to the Barceló Development Plan for future management roles.

Qualifications

• Final-year student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management (or a related field), eligible to sign an internship agreement through your school or university
• Two operational internships across different hotel departments (e.g., Rooms, F&B) preferred
• Strong English skills (minimum B2); other languages a plus

Responsabilités

• Cross-training across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Administration to gain a 360º understanding of hotel operations
• Mentorship from the Hotel Director and Management Team to develop practical skills and leadership exposure

To be part of our Barceló Hotel Management Internship Program , you should meet the following criteria:

• Final-year student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management (or a related field), and eligible to sign an internship agreement through your school or university

• Previous hands-on experience through at least two operational internships, ideally across different hotel departments (e.g., Rooms Division and Food & Beverage)

• Strong English skills (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a big plus

• Willingness to relocate anywhere within the EMEA region — flexibility is key to your growth within the company.
