Grupo Crit in Las Palmas, Spain, seeks energetic Level 1 Helpdesk agents for a flagship center. You will handle customer interactions via phone, email and the web, delivering technical support and problem solving.

Requirements include fluent German and English (Spanish a plus), basic PC skills, and excellent communication. The role requires 40 hours weekly in rotating shifts (7x24) in a multicultural, dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

Do you speak German level C1-C2? Do you have customer orientation? Do you live in Las Palmas? This job offer is for you! We are seeking energetic, vibrant Level 1 Helpdesk agents to work in a new and expanding Flag-ship center located in Las Palmas, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via telephone, e-mail and the web, providing technical support and problem solving abilities.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints.
• Analyze customer problems and formulate plans of resolution.
• Assist in identifying resolution gaps at the helpdesk and author knowledge base submissions accordingly.
• Evaluate new services, processes and technologies introduced at the helpdesk.
• Participate in departmental training activities including training programs in support of new technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancements
• Work with departmental staff to promote, develop, and maintain strong customer service values.
• Escalate unresolved issues to support leads, designated (Client) service group.

Requirements

• Mandatory languages (fluent): Main language (German) + English. Valuable: upper intermediate Spanish
• Basic PC Skills
• Good communication skills
• Availability to work in shifts: 7x24 (40 hours per week - 5 days per week). Rotating hours: 7 am to 3 pm / 3 pm to 11 pm / 11 pm to 7 am with breaks established by law.
