Cross Border Talents in Madrid is seeking a Customer Specialist to deliver outstanding support across phone, email, chat and digital channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries about orders, accounts, products and services with professionalism.

The role requires Hebrew (fluent) and English (B2) proficiency, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive mindset to grow in the travel field while staying up to date with policies and procedures.

Formación

• Fluent in Hebrew (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: professional, detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn and grow in the Travel field

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
