Cross Border Talents seeks a Customer Specialist in Madrid to be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat, and other channels. You will understand needs, provide solutions, and guide users from initial contact to resolution.

The role requires fluent Hebrew and English, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to deliver excellent service in a travel-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:
