Formación

• Native level written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew.
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level) required.
• Basic computer skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding are preferred.

• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
• Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Availability Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends.
• EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to high level clients across multiple channels.
• Expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in digital advertising.
• Provide pre and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Resolve customer issues and communicate progress proactively.
• Identify and solve technical bugs and delivery issues.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and proactively communicate progress to clients.
• Provide product insights and feedback from customers to engineering.

Overview

We're looking for Hebrew speakers for several different projects right now!

The office location is in Sunny Lisbon, Portugal.

What you\'ll do

• Provide support to high level clients to help them grow across multiple channels - chat, email and phone
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain
• Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products
• Provide product and tool support to enhance clients\' experience
• Identify and solve problems technical bugs and ads\' delivery issues
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions
• Provide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering

Qualifications

• Native level written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level) required
• Computer skills (basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential)
• Good analytic skills and logical thinking
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills
• Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt and to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Availability Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends
