Responsibilities include providing high-level client support through chat, email, and phone, alongside pre and post-sales assistance in digital advertising. Ideal candidates should possess native Hebrew proficiency, good English skills, and solid analytical abilities. Formación

• Native level written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew.
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level) required.
• Basic computer skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding are preferred.
• Good analytic skills and logical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
• Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Availability Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends.
• EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to high level clients across multiple channels.
• Expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in digital advertising.
• Provide pre and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Resolve customer issues and communicate progress proactively.
• Identify and solve technical bugs and delivery issues.
