Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring an Advertisers Support Representative for a leading American technology company. You will assist SMBs with inquiries about digital advertising products, tools and campaigns, delivering Hebrew and English support via chat, email and phone.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. On-site work model. Rotational shifts (40 hours/week) with a 15-day training program and €141.20 weekly training allowance. 1-year fixed-term contract with potential conversion.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken Hebrew (C1+).
• Good command of English.
• EU passport holder or local residency.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; able to de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting SMBs with inquiries related to digital advertising products, tools and campaigns.
• Providing customer support in Hebrew and English via chat, email and phone.
• Delivering pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.
• Guiding on products and tools to improve customer experience.
• Following up on email inquiries via outbound calls; using phone support when appropriate.
• Identifying recurring trends and resolving issues affecting multiple SMB clients.
• Delivering a professional customer experience in line with quality and service standards.
