Cross Border Talents is seeking Arabic and English-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join a fast-growing international project supporting a leading digital platform. You will handle Arabic and English customer support, assist with advertising campaigns, and collaborate with global teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Arabic native or high proficiency (Egyptian, Jordanian, or UAE dialects preferred).
• English proficiency at B2/C1 or higher.
• Experience in Paid Campaign Management is required.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or supporting an Advertising Technology project is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
