Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Commercial Execution & Enablement Manager – Healthcare in Barcelona, joining the Commercial Excellence organization to drive segmentation, account planning, call planning, and omnichannel engagement across the region. You will translate strategy into practical field processes and tools, enabling scalable execution and measurable impact.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of industry experience and 2–5 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape and advance the regional commercial enablement agenda and drive scalable commercial execution across EMEA.
• Lead development, standardization, and adoption of commercial execution practices across segmentation, customer prioritization, account planning, call planning & tracking, and omnichannel engagement.
• Translate customer intelligence and commercial strategy into practical field processes, playbooks, and tools for prioritizing opportunities and guiding next actions.
• Support go-to-market transformations, new field-team deployments, market expansions, and direct initiatives as a strategic advisor across customer strategy, role design, segmentation, targeting, engagement, execution, enablement, and performance measurement.
• Identify, benchmark, and scale successful practices across markets, connecting countries with similar archetypes for rapid adoption.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Enablement to harmonize customer-facing roles, competencies, incentives, coaching standards, and capability development while adapting to local needs.
• Help design connected engagement approaches that coordinate field, inside sales, marketing, medical, market access, and service interactions.
• Establish performance measures and lead change activation efforts for new technologies, processes, and operating models to accelerate business value.
