You will coordinate activities with the Sales team, manage customer records, invoicing, order checks, and assist with sales reports and dashboards.

You will also support events, travel and day-to-day office management to ensure the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.

Formación

• ~2 years' experience in administration or office support.
• Experience in healthcare or techmed environment preferred.
• Proactive, organised and can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for hospitals and healthcare professionals, coordinating with Sales to manage records, invoicing, order checks and payment coordination.
• Support the preparation of sales reports and dashboards, coordinate meetings and handling billing-related documents like sponsorships and invitation letters.
• Assist with event logistics, travel arrangements and day-to-day office management to keep operations running smoothly.
