Terumo Europe NV in Spain is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the Interventional Systems team. You will handle administrative, marketing, and operations tasks, coordinating events, customer communications, logistics, and budget administration to ensure smooth commercial operations.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders, you will contribute to outstanding customer experiences while growing your career in a global medical technology

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Support, Marketing Support, Commercial Operations, or Administrative role.
• Experience in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Interventional Systems Sales team.
• Coordinate internal meetings, team events, and customer appointments.
• Manage documentation, filing systems, and commercial administration.
• Support contract administration, professional credentialing, consulting agreements, and other customer documentation.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Sales Manager and wider commercial team.
• Support the execution of local marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Coordinate customer events, congresses, workshops, exhibitions, webinars, and training sessions.
