Job summary

IQVIA Language Solutions seeks a Sr Director & Head of Sales to lead Europe-based sales, shaping strategy, owning quotas and building a high-performing team. You will drive enterprise opportunities across pharma, biotech and healthcare customers while aligning with IQVIA’s broader portfolio.

You will deliver strategic leadership, coach talent, and manage complex enterprise pursuits with a strong emphasis on value-based selling and executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial experience, including enterprise sales leadership across countries or large markets.
• Proven track record building teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets in relevant life sciences or localization ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CRO or healthcare customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy across markets, segments and accounts.
• Own and exceed the team quota, bookings and revenue targets.
• Recruit, coach and retain a high-performing enterprise sales team.
