Qualifications

• Proven success in enterprise business development or strategic sales.
• Experience selling to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CRO or healthcare organizations.
• Fluency in consultative, value-based selling and the credibility to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed net-new bookings and revenue targets across enterprise customers.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through strategic prospecting and events.
• Lead consultative discovery with senior stakeholders and translate challenges into differentiated solutions.
• Position AI-enabled, human-assured delivery models according to content risk and customer outcomes.
• Manage full sales cycle from qualification to handover including RFI/RFP activity.
