Job summary

Pillar in Barcelona is seeking a performance marketing professional to own Meta and TikTok campaigns, craft a scalable creative testing engine, and translate insights into briefs for designers and creators. You will collaborate with Sales to ensure lead quality and drive growth across Italy and Spain.

The role emphasizes hands-on optimization, data-driven decision making, and cross-market expansion, with a focus on impactful lead generation and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with Meta Ads and at least 1 year with TikTok Ads, managing lead-generation campaigns with a sales team behind them.
• Practical experience with Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events and CRM integrations such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Experience briefing designers, video editors or creators.
• Native-level Italian and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta and TikTok performance end to end: manage campaign structure, budgets, bidding strategies, Lead Ads, Instant Forms and website conversion campaigns.
• Build a creative testing engine: develop hypotheses, establish testing rhythm, and make data-driven decisions on creatives.
• Turn insights into creative briefs: translate data and feedback into actionable briefs covering angles, hooks, formats and messaging.
• Connect campaigns to business outcomes: maintain integrations and feed CRM signals to platforms to optimize for valuable customers.
• Protect lead quality: optimize forms and messaging to attract qualified prospects.
• Scale across markets: adapt concepts for Spain and future markets with local collaboration.
