Aurora Live is growing fast across Europe, and we’re seeking a senior People leader to join our team in Barcelona. With over 300 professionals across Europe (90 in Barcelona), we need the right level of support to drive our next growth steps.

This role is a business‑minded HR generalist and strong people leader who can build a high‑performance organization while the company scales. You will head the People organization across HRBP, Talent Acquisition, payroll & HR operations and our office team

Formación

Senior HR leader with experience in growth companies.
Experience in international, commercially driven environments.
Proactive partner to CEO with ability to scale People org.

Responsabilidades

Lead and develop the People team across HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, payroll/HR operations and office operations.
Build HR business partnering for commercial leaders across Europe.
Own performance management; expectations, feedback, development.
Provide leadership through coaching, training and practical management tools.
Build scalable learning and development for a fast-growing commercial organization.
Drive organizational planning and hiring together with business leadership.
Ensure solid employment practices, payroll, policies and HR fundamentals.
Raise the standard of our support functions: clear ownership, measurable impact, speed and strong internal customer thinking.
Rethink and build processes and be at the forefront of making us AI-native in People Operations; automate manual work.
