Edreams in Barcelona is seeking a People Support Specialist to enable smooth international HR operations and payroll across European locations. You will partner with local teams and external providers to ensure compliance and a high-quality employee experience.

Your role supports the end-to-end lifecycle, data integrity in HRIS, and the rollout of AI-driven processes to automate routine tasks and improve service levels globally.

Formación

• Experience (minimum 2 years) supporting European payrolls (including Spain).
• Solid knowledge of Spanish payroll processes, Social Security, and local labor legislation.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish; French or German is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate payroll and employee relations across European locations with local teams and providers.
• Provide monthly payroll operational support and Spain back-up coverage.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and GDPR in HR processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate payroll and tax processes using AI-driven tools.
• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including documentation and leave administration.
• Maintain data quality in HRIS and generate operational reports for decision-making.
