Aurora Live in Barcelona is seeking a senior People leader to scale our People organization as we grow across Europe. You will partner with the CEO to shape hiring, leadership development, performance, and compensation across HRBP, Talent Acquisition, payroll and HR operations.

The role requires a business-minded HR generalist with a track record of building scalable people processes in international environments and a passion for driving organizational impact as we scale.

Formación

• Led an HR/People team in a growth company, ideally international.
• Understanding of sales organizations and performance cultures.
• Proactive with the CEO and business leadership; anticipates topics.
• Combine high standards with genuine care for people; decisive.
• Fluent verbal and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead our People team across HRBP, Talent Acquisition, payroll and HR operations.
• Build HR business partnering for commercial leaders across Europe.
• Own performance management; set expectations and provide feedback.
• Drive scalable learning and development for a fast-growing commercial organization.
• Oversee payroll, HR policies and fundamentals.
• Rethink and build AI-native People Operations; automate manual work.
