team.blue is a leading digital platform group operating across 17 countries. The Head of HR Insights & Analytics will build the people analytics capability from the ground up, turning diverse data into actionable insight for divisional and group leadership.

The role reports to the CHRO and sits in the HR Centre of Excellence. You will drive reliable, well-presented data to enable strategic decisions and value creation across the organization.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting or workforce intelligence.
• Proven track record building HR analytics capabilities from scratch.
• Experience with HiBob or similar HRIS; familiarity with Culture Amp and ATS.
• Background in transformational change (M&A or decentralised to integrated).
• Experience presenting data and insights to senior leaders including CEOs/board.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own the group-wide HR data and reporting framework across divisions and countries.
• Lead data quality remediation and ensure clean input at source.
• Define mandatory reporting standards (headcount, attrition, vacancies, payroll accuracy).
• Build and maintain division-level dashboards for real-time people metrics.
• Develop group-level workforce planning models and tie data to business outcomes.
• Explore AI/automation in people analytics and build internal capability.
