Bacardi seeks a Director to define and lead the global People Data & Analytics strategy, transforming HR reporting into a predictive, insight-led capability that drives measurable business impact.

You will own the people data agenda for HR, ensuring decisions are powered by trusted data, forward-looking insights, and aligned to enterprise priorities. Collaborate with Tech for governance and enterprise data standards.

Formación

• Knowledge of HR systems and data structures (Workday/SAP).
• Experience building analytics capabilities in diverse maturity environments.
• Experience with predictive modelling and machine learning in HR.

Responsabilidades

• Define a multi-year People Analytics strategy aligned with enterprise D&A standards.
• Establish HR data governance and ensure privacy compliance (GDPR, cross-border).
• Rationalise HR dashboards and enable scalable self-service reporting with AI insights.
• Lead data-driven decision making across HR and the business.
• Deliver workforce insights across Bacardi’s value chain.
• Build an employee listening and culture insight model.
