Descripción de la vacante

Super Technologies is seeking a Head of Risk and Resilience to build and lead our organisational resilience capability across Europe. You will embed resilience thinking into every function, mentor a small team, and partner with technology on IT disaster recovery and continuity planning.

You will report to the Group Risk and Audit Director, drive incident response, and shape resilience in market launches and major product changes.

Formación

Proven track record building or maturing a resilience/continuity programme.
Experience designing and running resilience tests (tabletops, simulations, failovers).
Strong knowledge of resilience frameworks and standards (ISO 22301, BCIGuidelines).

Responsabilidades

Lead identification of operational risk across units and advise executives.
Own business continuity and disaster recovery planning with regular testing.
Develop resilience playbooks for critical services and third-party risk.
Act as incident lead during major disruptions and drive action.
Embed resilience thinking across business, product and tech teams; work with IT on recovery objectives.
Build a network of resilience owners and run training workshops.
Lead a small resilience team and grow the function.
Present resilience business cases to leadership and in new markets.
