Roche is seeking an IT Resilience, Audit & Risk Manager to design and implement enterprise-wide risk, audit, and continuity programs aligned with business objectives, and to lead responses to critical incidents.

You will work with high-level stakeholders, develop refined policies, and train teams on BCM best practices while ensuring scalability and future-proofing of resilience solutions across the organization.

Formación

• Extensive experience designing and implementing IT resilience strategies.
• Proven track record managing relationships with high-level stakeholders.
• Expertise in risk management, audit, compliance, and continuity technologies.
• Strong capability in evaluating and selecting enterprise tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develops risk, audit, and continuity strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Leads responses to IT risk, audit, and continuity events and post-incident reviews.
• Manages relationships with high-level stakeholders and aligns policies with needs.
• Looks at scalability and integration of tools across the enterprise.
