Silversea is seeking a highly experienced Butler Manager to lead the Housekeeping and butler services across guest suites, public areas and back of house on our cruise vessel. You will oversee staffing, training, budgets and standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will ensure strict adherence to Public Health standards and Silversea procedures, coordinating with HR and other departments to maintain operational excellence and a positive crew environment.

Formación

• Valid STCW95 certification required.
• Minimum 2 years as Housekeeper/Butler Manager in a 5-star setting or cruise ship.
• Proven budget and financial management experience in hospitality.
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning standards and procedures.
• Knowledge of Public Health policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly inspect areas and address issues to maintain standards.
• Interact with guests to anticipate needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead and coach team; manage schedules and performance.
• Monitor guest feedback, safety, and health compliance.
• Coordinate with HR on staff planning and training.
• Manage budgets, inventories and cost controls.
