• Lead end-to-end Growth & Performance projects, from strategy and planning to execution, optimization and reporting.
• Develop and optimize strategies across paid media, eCommerce, affiliates, retail media, social and other digital channels.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, partners, budgets, timelines and stakeholders.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, conversion and revenue.
• Present results, insights and recommendations to senior and international stakeholders.

Your role at Cheil: Head of Growth & Performance

What we are looking for?

We are looking for a Head of Growth & Performance to lead transversal digital projects focused on growth, performance, eCommerce and measurable business results.

The role combines project management, digital marketing and paid media expertise, working across internal teams, external partners and markets to turn business objectives into high-impact initiatives focused on sales, revenue, conversion and ROAS.

Lead end-to-end Growth & Performance projects, from strategy and planning to execution, optimization and reporting.

Develop and optimize strategies across paid media, eCommerce, affiliates, retail media, social and other digital channels.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, partners, budgets, timelines and stakeholders.

Define KPIs, monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, conversion and revenue.

Ensure strong alignment between digital investment, eCommerce activity and commercial objectives.

Present results, insights and recommendations to senior and international stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of paid media and performance marketing, with a solid understanding of ROAS and conversion metrics.

Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical, commercially minded and highly results-oriented.

Experience working with multidisciplinary and international teams.

High level of English, written and spoken.

Work in a growing environment, focused on creating and innovating with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in Creativity, Digital Performance, Retail, Data and Technology.

Stable position: Permanent contract because we want you to be part of Cheil and be able to develop with us.
