Eurofirms is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist for a leading multinational telecommunications company in Las Tablas, Madrid. This full-time, on-site role requires 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and a hands-on approach to campaigns.

The position covers SEM, Google Shopping, Affiliate/CPS and Paid Social, with budget planning, campaign analytics, and coordination with media partners. Based in Madrid, the role offers a permanent contract through Eurofirms.

Formación

• 3+ years in Performance Marketing / E-Commerce / Paid Media.
• Hands-on Google Ads & Shopping experience.
• Affiliate/CPS and Paid Social knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and Google Analytics/Excel knowledge.
• Fluent/professional Spanish & English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize SEM, Google Shopping, Affiliate/CPS and Paid Social campaigns.
• Plan budgets and media strategies for product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR and overall campaign performance.
• Optimize audiences, media mix and budget allocation.
• Coordinate agencies, media partners and creative assets.
• Ensure campaign accuracy through regular QA and performance analysis.

Conditions of the position

• Contract Type: Indefinite whit us
• Location: Madrid. 100% on-site
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:30- 18:30 and Friday 9:30 - 16:00
• Salary range: €25,000 – €35,000 (gross annual)
• 200 per month in restaurant card
