Cheil Spain, an integrated marketing and advertising agency, seeks an Operations Lead to oversee the Samsung Europe account. You will manage a cross-functional team delivering high-volume creative assets across Europe, balancing hands-on leadership with strategic process optimization.

You will lead workflows, capacity planning, and resource allocation, ensuring quality, on-time delivery and strong client collaboration in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary team, providing hands-on support during periods of high demand.
• Review and assess incoming client requests, identifying requirements, priorities, dependencies and potential risks.
• Define clear workflows, production steps, responsibilities and delivery timelines for each project.
• Monitor team capacity and workloads, reallocating tasks and resources according to priorities, deadlines and individual expertise.
• Coordinate the different production areas to ensure a smooth workflow from briefing to final delivery.
• Anticipate peaks and bottlenecks and take proactive action to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Push the team for creative excellence and ensure deliverables meet client expectations, brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with the client, internal stakeholders and production teams.
• Continuously review and improve processes, tools and ways of working to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Foster a collaborative environment based on accountability, flexibility and shared ownership.

Your role at Cheil: Operations Lead

What we are looking for?

We are looking for an Operations Lead to oversee the creative operations of the Samsung Europe account at Cheil Spain. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Video Editors and Visual Designers responsible for delivering a high volume of creative assets across European markets.

This is a hands‑on and highly versatile role for someone who can combine operational leadership with a strong understanding of project management, design and video production as well as creative vision.

• Proven experience leading creative operations, production or multidisciplinary teams in an agency or high‑volume digital environment.
• Strong background in project management and creative production workflows.
• Solid understanding of visual design, digital content production and video editing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience in capacity planning, workload management and resource allocation.
• A hands‑on, versatile profile with the ability to understand, support and, when required, step into the different roles within the team.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
• strong problem‑solving abilities and confidence making decisions in fast‑paced situations.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivery quality.
• Fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves daily collaboration with international teams and stakeholders across Europe.
• High‑level English proficiency (C2 or equivalent), both written and spoken. The role requires daily interaction with international stakeholders and the ability to lead meetings and presentations confidently in English.
• High‑level Spanish proficiency (C2 or equivalent), with the ability to work effectively with local teams and stakeholders.
