ELA Games in Valencia is seeking a Games Development Director to own the overall product strategy and drive the roadmap from concept to live operations. You will unite Game Design, Math, Art/UX, and Development to deliver high-impact, compliant iGaming experiences.

Formación

Proven track record in senior product leadership roles within the iGaming industry.
Experience bringing casino games from concept to launch.
Deep understanding of game mechanics, math modeling, UX, and development constraints.
Able to balance creative vision with business metrics, retention, and ROI.
Strong leadership, alignment of diverse creative and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

Direct the complete game lifecycle from ideation through live operations.
Collaborate with senior management to translate strategy into a clear product roadmap.
Balance player engagement, game performance, regulatory/market needs, and commercial goals.
Analyze market trends and feedback to keep the portfolio differentiated and top-performing.
