Formación

• Proven track record in a technical role or product-focused position.
• Experience in Technical Build and Requirements Engineering.
• Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies to drive efficient project execution.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar systems for managing backlogs and user stories.
• Understanding of relational SQL databases and normalization forms.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to define and prioritize backlog, epics, projects, and initiatives.
• Work with architects, producers, Scrum Masters, and directors to shape technical solutions and the product vision.
• Define features for the engineering team and refine requirements, epics, and user stories while owning the products.
• Motivate engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions with purpose.
• Build and manage detailed roadmaps and timelines.
• Promote continuous improvement of processes and products.
