Qualifications

Proven track record in a technical role or product-focused position.
Experience in Technical Build and Requirements Engineering.
Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with agile methodologies to drive efficient project execution.
Proficiency with JIRA or similar systems for managing backlogs and user stories.
Understanding of relational SQL databases and normalization forms.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with technical and business teams to define and prioritize backlog, epics, projects, and initiatives.
Work with architects, producers, Scrum Masters, and directors to shape technical solutions and the product vision.
Define features for the engineering team and refine requirements, epics, and user stories while owning the products.
Motivate engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions with purpose.
Build and manage detailed roadmaps and timelines.
Promote continuous improvement of processes and products.
