Voodoo in Spain is seeking a Product Lead for the Midcore Live Studios to shape and execute the product vision for our hybrid-casual to midcore titles. You will collaborate with the Studio Director, Creative Director and Production to define strategy and roadmap.

You will drive prioritization, create feature specs, run A/B tests, and work across design and analytics to enable growth while balancing long-term goals with day-to-day execution.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management or lead game design in mobile gaming.
• Experience scaling mobile games and launching features is a plus.
• Experience with action, PvP, competitive or skill-based games is valued.
• Strong ownership and ability to balance strategy with day-to-day execution.

Responsabilidades

• Define and refine the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the studio team.
• Own prioritization and planning across core gameplay, monetization, and LiveOps.
• Create clear product specs for new features, improvements, systems and experiments.
• Build and manage the A/B testing roadmap and ensure data-driven decisions.
• Work with Game Design on progression, economy, balancing, and motivation.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to align product with business objectives.
• Partner with Analytics to monitor performance and growth opportunities.
• Take ownership of product, business and team-level decisions.
• Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
